The Time Clock
The EC150 is our Basic Edition Employee Time and Attendance system designed for small businesses. With the Easy Clocking state-of-the-art fingerprint authentication technology you can track employee’s time and attendance with the touch of a finger. Biometric fingerprint authentication is the most accurate way to collect employee time and attendance information. The EC150 verifies an employees identity based on the characteristics of their fingerprint. State of the art technological advances in biometrics have now made this surprisingly affordable and popular. The Easy Clocking fingerprint reading sensor scans any fingerprint in under 1 second; this in turn will make clocking in and out much faster for employees and at the same time saving companies time and money by paying employees for the exact time they work. Companies will also reduce costly payroll and data entry errors caused by the old time card system.



360º Fingerprint Sensor


The most important function of a fingerprint time clock is the quality of the sensor. The Easy Clocking® fingerprint sensor has been perfected over the last 10 years, our unique function recreates a template to heal broken fingerprint lines allowing the sensor to update the best image for the user every scan, and with the addition of our new 360º degree reading sensor it allows users to scan fingerprints quickly and more accurately.
  Large Color LCD Display

The large easy to read full color LCD screen displays the current time, when clocking in or out the screen displays the employee name and the large LED bar light provides employees with a instant good (green) or bad (red) punch indications with voice
prompt.
 



Standalone Operation


Unlike most of the time clocks sold today the Easy Clocking EC150 is a wall mounted standalone device and does not require a computer to collect employee time, it stores all employee information in it’s built-in memory, up to 50,000 employee transactions can be stored in the EC150 time clock, an internal battery ensures punches stored in the terminal are retained even in the event of a power outage.
 

 


Network IP Connectivity


The Easy Clocking® EC150 comes with a built in ethernet 10/100 port for LAN or WAN networks. When connected on a wide area network, you can connect as many time clocks as desired and administer the employee time records from a remote location.

USB Memory Download


Easily transfer records from the EC150 time clock to a PC with a USB flash memory stick.
  
     
RFID Proximity Technology


The EC150 is equipped with an advanced RFID proximity card reader. RFID technology provides companies with a alternative and effective way to track employee time with the use of a proximity card. Each employee is provided with a unique RFID proximity card, to clock in or out the employees passes the RFID card near the time clock and the EC150 will record the time of entry or exit.
  The Software

The Easy Clocking® Employee Time and Attendance software is designed to automate employee time and attendance. The Easy Clocking® intuitive, easy to use interface will dramatically reduce the number of hours required to process employee time and attendance and automatically calculate total worked hours including overtime, vacation, sick days and holidays. With the click of a button employee data can be imported to create many informative time and attendance reports, Easy Clocking® employee time and attendance software exports employee time seamlessly into QuickBooks®, ADP®, Paychex®, and to most major payroll provider’s applications.
